onfire develops brand for Peel Holdings that puts people at the heart of MediaCityUK.
onfire brought to the project considerable experience of 'residential branding and marketing’- including work for regional development agencies and major developers such as Crosby Lend Lease and Rushbond PLC.

Branded ‘The Heart’ and confirmed as the only residential scheme in MediaCityUK, onfire (leading Yorkshire and Leeds based agency) developed a brand that would not only reflect the central location of the scheme but also add a human element to MediaCityUK, as a devlopment that will also supply the life blood to the BBC and the1500 creative agencies that will reside in MediaCityUK.
onfire developed a brand name, brand proposition, visual identity and marketing strategy for for the development, including a series of campaign messages to promote MediaCityUK not just as a vibrant and exciting place to live, but also as a home. ‘Home is where the heart is and the heart is where the home is’ This led to a full suite of material following the theme and utilising the wide scope it offered to create some outstanding pieces of work from the onsite marketing suite to brochure-ware, and more recently a TV advert which is seen daily by thousands of people on the world's largest indoor screen at The Trafford Centre.
