Jump aboard! – Underlying campaign thought for the Northern Rail Intranet campaign. In addition to the obvious locomotive connotations, it's simple, highly motivational and exciting for the internal communications, encouraging participation in a 'non-techie' manner. From a communication point of view, it serves a practical function as an answer to a number of questions that the campaign can put to the audience. For instance, 'Want to work faster and smarter? Jump aboard!'. And 'Got something to announce to the whole company? Jump aboard!'.
